More than 130 members and some 15 guests attended the IKT Congress in Montreal and Quebec, the first one our association had held outside Europe.
Despite the long distance and the relatively high costs for each participant, although quite a lot of them were able to benefit from the financial support offered by Canadian and Quebec ministries and from the IKT-Harald Szeeman Grant.
