PACT is an international coalition of organizations within the visual arts engaged in collaborative efforts to accelerate the sector’s broad adoption of collective climate action.

Noorderlicht invites artists and collectives working in photography and visual cultures to submit to the 2023 festival. The festival theme is REGENERATE and the guest curators are Michelle Kasprzak (IKT Member) and Eefje Ludwig.
