Madeleine Schuppli

Madeleine Schuppli is an art historian, curator and lecturer in contemporary art, based in Zurich. She studied at the Universities of Geneva, Hamburg and Zurich and holds an MAS in Cultural Management. She was curator at the Kunsthalle Basel, director of the Kunstmuseum Thun and director of the Aargauer Kunsthaus. Madeleine was Head of the Visual Arts Department at the Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia and President of ICOM Switzerland. She is currently Co-President of the Fotomuseum Winterthur.
